Freedom Meditation is a non-religious, or open-spirit, studio designed to offer a space for people to practice meditation. We realized that finding time and a quiet space at home to practice is often not possible because of kids, pets, partners, jobs, etc. Freedom Meditation is here for you. We are also here to coach those people new to meditation to develop one of various techniques to achieve mindfulness and mental toughness.
