Group Classes and Courses

We offer several small group classes for you to begin and grow your meditation practice in a supportive community.

Beginning Meditation classes are offered weekly. These classes offer a basic introduction to samatha meditation. Attend any of these beginner courses as often as you’d like until you’re ready for longer sessions. Beginning meditation classes are generally 1 hour long but can go longer depending on the needs and size of classes.

We also offer Hard Head Mental Toughness courses that you must complete in order level 1 through level 6. These courses are offered in two different formats, a full weekend retreat style course or a four to six week course that meets two-three times per week. Whatever your needs, we can be flexible in guiding you to complete the level courses. Level courses provide longer, more focused sessions of sitting and walking meditation that can be challenging and will help develop the perseverance and mental toughness of a warrior.

We also offer group guided meditation, Samatha and sound meditation classes at a drop-in rate for non-members and free for members. We also have other classes in the works, including writing with meditation, art and meditation, meditating through grief and more.

Whatever group class you decide to join, you will enjoy getting to know our community of humans looking to find basic kindness and gentleness toward self and others.
